As your Birth Doula, I will support you in whatever decision you make. Birth is transformative, empowering, sacred and unique. Birth is the most amazing moment in a woman's life and I am honored to be a part of this intimate event.

My goal is to give information, support, choices, love and honesty. What matters most is respect. Mothers need to feel heard, supported and whole.

My services include:

-Free interview
-2 prenatal visits
-24H on call 14 days prior to your due date and 14 days after your due date
-Unlimited phone and email questions (8AM-8PM if you are not in labor)
-Assistance in writing the birth plan
-Explanation of procedures, birth progress...
-During labor, will be present as soon as you want me there, throughout the entire labor and a couple of hours after birth
-1 postpartum visit as well as follow up calls and emails once you go home
-DVD collection available (The HUG; BabyBabyOhBaby; What babies want; The Happiest Babies on the Block; Birth as we know it; Orgasmic Birth, The Business of Being born)
